WickedLeak unveils Wammy Titan II quad-core smartphone for Rs 13,990

WickedLeak recently launched a new smartphone called Wammy Titan II and it is a successor for original Titan. The newer phone will have a lot of upgrades over its predecessor with faster quad core processor instead of dual core chip on the earlier phone.

Wammy Titan II has Android 4.1 aka Jelly Bean OS and the company said that they will soon give an update for Android 4.2. This smartphone can be booked on the manufacturer’s Website and WickedLeak will start shipping the phones from 21st of March. Price of the handset is Rs. 13,990.

WickedLeak Wammy Titan II will have MediaTek MTK quad core 6589 processor inside and it will be running at 1.2 GHz clock speed with PowerVR SGX5444 graphics card inside. This smartphone will have 2,300mAh battery inside and it has rated working time of 5 days. There will be 1GB RAM inside and hence will be an able multitasking device as well.

The manufacturer has released this phone as an upgrade for original Wammy Titan and we won’t recommend an buying the new phone if you have the first Titan. However, customers can upgrade the processor inside the Titan for a lower cost according to the new rules of the Union Budget.

WickedLeak Wammy Titan II

With the release of the successor, the price of original Titan has dropped to Rupees 11,000. The manufacturer launched original Titan in January and that handset had dual SIM capabilities with 1GB RAM. There is 4GB internal storage space and the phone had Android 4.1.1 aka Jelly Bean OS.

WickedLeak Wammy Titan II is 144 by 89 by 12 mm and it has 2,500 mAh battery inside. The manufacturer says that it can give eight hours talk time with 260 hours standby time.
