Samsung announces Galaxy Fame and Galaxy Young both have 1GHz processor

Samsung recently announced 2 new smartphones running on Android OS – Galaxy Fame and Galaxy Young. Both these phones have Android 4.1 aka Jelly Bean OS and both run on 1GHz processor.

Samsung Galaxy Young comes with 3.27 inches screen having a resolution of 480×320 pixels and it is capacitive touchscreen display. Samsung Galaxy Fame has three and half inches screen with 480×320 pixels resolution and this too is capacitive touchscreen display. Galaxy Young comes with three megapixels camera on the back and Galaxy Fame has 5MP shooter with autofocus and LED flash. The latter phone has front facing VGA camera as well.

Both handsets will have dual SIM capabilities. They will have feature of Always On which means if you are talking on one SIM card and if there is a call on other, the other call will get forwarded to the first SIM.

Both Samsung Galaxy Fame and Samsung Galaxy Young allow 3G usage while making calls on other SIM. These handsets have Samsung Game Hub Lite preloaded for accessing games which are optimized for both devices. There is also Samsung device management app, S Cloud, etc.
