Salora unveils two affordable Android tablets with decent hardware inside
You might think that Salora is a new brand, but it is old and made good quality TVs long time ago. This brand recently launched two new Android tablets; both priced affordably under 6k. Both these devices come with seven inches screen and only have Wi-Fi.
Both Salora tablets come with four gigabytes internal memory and they run on 3,200mAh battery inside. There is front facing 0.3 MP camera but no camera on rear side. One of these tablets has newer Android Jelly Bean OS and the less expensive tablet has Android Ice Cream Sandwich which is older than Jelly Bean.
The lower end Salora Pro Tab comes with dual core 1.5 GHz processor inside with 512MB RAM. This tablet runs on 3,200mAh battery and there is front facing 0.3 MP camera. There is also inbuilt 4GB memory for storing everything. The display supports resolution of 800×480 pixels.
The more expensive tablet is called Salora Pro Tab HD and it comes with higher 1,280×600 pixels resolution. There is also 1GB RAM inside and it runs on 1.2GHz processor. This tablet runs on Android Jelly Bean OS. We expect decent performance with such RAM inside. The display resolution too is decent.
Salora Pro Tab HD costs Rs. 5,499 and the Salora Pro Tab costs Rs. 4,999. The difference between the two devices is just Rs. 500 and hence it is recommended that you go for the Pro Tab HD. Salora is going to send the tablets to our offices we will soon cover a full review of it.
