Reliance launches Upgraded 3G Tab for Rs. 14,499

After launching an affordable Reliance 3G in 2011, Reliance has now announced an upgraded version of this tablet for the Indian consumers. This newly upgraded version is again marketed as an affordable device. This new Reliance 3G Tab comes with advanced features than what the manufacturer has provided in the earlier model. You can expect this tablet to be launched soon this year with a price tag of Rs. 14,499.

This affordable device runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system and sports silver color finish on its body. However, Gingerbread has become the predecessor due to its successor, the latest Ice cream sandwich operating system which many manufacturers are offering with their low priced devices. So, this could turn as a disappointment for the users. This upgraded Reliance 3G Tab gets multi-tasking features like better resolution of multi-touch screen with 7 inch display. The resolution of this device has been improved to 1024 by 600 pixels. It also provides options to users who can enjoy video calling and quick loading of programs due to the 1.4 GHz faster processor.

This tablet weighs 389grams and can definitely be a choice for users who demand light weight devices. The 3G tab also provides RAM of 512MB, 3G support, 3.5mm jack for headphones and dual camera. You can remove the SIM as well battery just like the traditional mobiles.

The tablet gives you an excellent battery life of up to 9 hours (talktime) and up to 300 hours (standby). It runs with 800 Mhz power that makes your multi-tasking and browsing experience more enjoyable and simpler.
