Pantel announces Android tablet having with voice calling

Pantel recently launched an Android tablet called WS802C-2G having eight inches capacitve screen and SIM card for making calls. This tablet is powered by a 1.2 GHz chip inside, 8GB internal memory, and a gig of RAM. The OS on this tablet is Android ICS 4.0.3.

Just like most of the other Pantel tablets, this one comes with USB host to connect 3G dongles, microSD card slot which accepts cards up to 32GB and this device is backed by 5,000 mAh battery. The tablet maker has signed an agreement with BSNL for Internet connectivity and you will get 4GB data usage for 2 months. The price of this tablet is Rs. 8,299. There is also a keyboard accessory offered Pantel which comes with stereo speakers and the cost is Rs. 1,499.

This tablet will complete in the market with Micromax Funbook Talk having a price tag of Rs. 7,249. The Funbook Talk was launched some time ago. The Micromax tablet too has voice calling feature and its specs include a seven inches screen, 512 MB RAM, 1GHz chip, 4GB memory storage, and 2,800 mAh battery. In terms of specs, Pantel WS802C-2G has better features as compared to Funbook Talk.
