Nokia Lumia 620 launch delayed in India

Nokia Lumia 620 is much awaited in India as it is the least expensive smartphone ever with Windows 8 OS. Nokia had originally planned to launch this phone in February second week in India after they unveiled it in January. However, Nokia has said that they won’t be able to launch the phone in time due to some problems.

Nokia announced three Windows OS based phones in January – the Lumia 920, Lumia 820, and Lumia 620. These three phones were made for high end, mid-range, and entry level cell phone user and hence this trio was a complete deal.  They had brought in three different phones for three different budget needs. Nokia wanted to make sure that people who wanted to buy Nokia Windows Phone weren’t held back by budget constraints.

Nokia 620 comes with 1GHz dual core Snapdragon Qualcomm S4 processor and it has 3.8 inches touchscreen display having ClearBlack technology. It supports multi-touch. The resolution of this screen is 480×800 pixels and it has polarization filter for better sunlight visibility.
