Karbonn Retina A27 – Android 4.1 smartphone now available for Rs. 9,090

Karbonn recently launched one more Android smartphone in their Duple series. It is called Karbonn Retina A27 and is online at online retailers for price of Rs. 9,090.

Karbonn Retina A27 has qHD 4.3 inches IPS screen having a resolution of 960×540 pixels and the phone has Android 4.1 aka Jelly Bean OS. There is eight megapixels camera having LED flash and auto focus and front facing two megapixels camera too.

Karbonn Retina A27 has 1.2 Ghz Qualcomm Snapdragon dual core processor with 512 MB RAM. There is also 4 GB internal storage out of which 2.79 GB is available for the users. microSD card slot supports up to 32 GB memory expansion.

Karbonn Retina A27 is dual SIM phone (GSM+GSM) and there is dual stand by support. There is also 1,800 mAh battery inside. Supported audio formats are AMR, MIDI, WAV, eAAC+, AAC+, AAC, and MP3. Supported audio formats are AVI, 3GP, and MP4. Supported image formats are PNG, GIF, BMP, and JPEG.

This smartphone comes with few apps preinstalled like Twitter, Facebook, weather and new apps, Flipboard, etc. On connectivity front, there is EDGE, GPRS, microUSB, Bluetooth A2DP, 3G, and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n.

Karbonn’s other smartphones in the Duple series include Karbonn A21 and Karbonn A9+ costing Rs. 11,990 and Rs. 9,990 respectively. The manufacturer launched these handsets last year in November.

Karbonn had also recently launched Karbonn S1 Titanium having four-and-half inches qHD screen with resolution of 960×540 pixels. It has capacitive multi touch capable display, quad core 1.2 GHz processor, and Android 4.1 OS. The price of this phone is Rs. 10,990.
