Airtel, Aircel released iPhone 4S price in India
iPhone 4S enthusiasts will be thrilled to hear that iPhone 4S is set to launch this month in India. The launch date is of November 25 and this approach for bringing the phone to India is taken up by Airtel and Aircel.
So far, iPhone lovers were wandering around in India to know when this phone will launch in India and when exactly they will hold this phone in their hands. After bringing this most admired and recent handset to India, both the mobile service providers, Airtel and Aircel have revealed the iPhone price in the Indian market. Moreover, to provide detailed information, both the companies on their pre-order pages have listed the prices for iPhone 4S models.
- The 16 GB iPhone 4S model will be available at a price tag of Rs. 44,500
- The 32 GB iPhone 4S model will be available at a price tag of Rs. 50,900
No wonder, the prices are quite higher as compared to the earlier models, but people are still happy to buy these amazing high-end smartphones. Yet, they have to increase their budget to get their favorite handsets. Well, iPhone lovers who cannot shell out enough money to buy these two models have a choice to go with low priced handset as well. If you remembered, the 8 GB iPhone 3GS was available at a price of Rs. 20,900. However, with the changing time, Apple offers new updates and more features in its new models and so the demands of people also increase.
There is no change in price in the Indian market and in the U.S. market. The iPhone in U.S. was launched at the same price as it is now launching in India. Apart from these two models, Airtel and Aircel are yet to decide on the 64 GB iPhone 4S. There is no listing on the pre-order pages of both the companies, but earlier on Airtel’s pre-order page, few reports indicated that the price of 64 GB is Rs. 57,500. However, Airtel later removed this information.
These two companies are the two first Indian mobile operators that have announced the price of iPhone 4S on their networks. The pre-orders will start this Friday from both the networks whereas; the official release date is already announced as November 25.
