The Indian Tablet users have one more reason to celebrate. The Indian tech market has got its latest entrant, an android based device – TabPlus Rio. This seven inches tablet has been introduced by a Bengaluru based IT firm Digital Waves. TabPlus Rio is powered by Gingerbread version of Android. The stylish tablet has four side G-Sensor and offers an unmatched gaming experience. The device is introduced with a price tag of Rs.11,990. Design :

The TabPlus Rio weighs 350 grams and its dimensions are 203 mm x 120 mm x 13 mm. The android-based tablet gives you an access to more than a million applications that can be easily downloaded from the android market.

The tablet is more suitable to users who are looking for a basic tablet. The device would have been more useful if it supports SIM card, which will allow the users to make calls.

TabPlus Rio is just another tablet in the market in the price range of Rs 10,000 to Rs 12,000, with seven inches display. This price tag was first introduced by Reliance 3G tablet, moreover are dozen more Android tablets available in the market that has same specifications of TabPlus Rio. The creator Digital Waves is targeting a sale of at least 3 lakh tablets in the year 2012, which would be a big achievement.
