LG Optimus 3D Max Smartphone

Design :

This is not the first Optimus 3D smartphone. Considering the first Optimus 3D smartphone that was launched earlier did not flaunted the skinny frames just like Samsung Galaxy S2. Despite that, the phone highlighted 168 grams of weight and 12 mm of thickness. This latest phone however reduces weight and becomes bigger in size. It measures 9.6 mm wide and 148 grams of weight. Well, no wonder, it is still bulkier and bigger as compared to the phones such as Huawei Ascend P1S and Motorola Razr. This phone is slimmer and slips smoothly into your pocket without any heavy feeling.

This new smartphone is not a head turner for many, but it has gained one significant feature which would draw many attentions in the market. If you seek more stylishly designed phone then this one would not attract you. The front of the phone is kind of common or you can say as dominating, but it can serve well to those who seek wide screen. The phone boasts 4.3 inches of screen with advanced 3D capacitive multitouch LCD that gives lively experience to the users. The display offers 16 million colors and sports corning gorilla glass 2 on 480 by 800 pixels of screen resolution. At the bottom of the screen are placed four touch sensitive navigation buttons around Android interface,

Memory :

The LG Optimus 3D Max comes with a memory storage of 8 GB which is the in-build and can be expanded with the help of a microSD card slot attached to the phone. The memory can be expanded up to 32 GB which could fulfill all your requirements. The phone also sports its 1 GB RAM.

Glass-free 3D screen :

This phone uses glass-free 3D technology that enables users to see a magical three-dimensional pictures and videos without even any interference of ridiculous glasses that become obstacles. This same technology was used into the previous phone of Optimus and was also used in Nintendo 3DS. The phone gives awe-inspiring 3D effect through its screen to make the viewing pleasant and exciting. The basic thing that this screen will eliminate is the distortion, while giving you crystal clear picture with good resolution.

The manufacturer has promised to provide a range of interface into this phone which also includes customizable cube icons to take benefit of 3D effect and conversation technology. While using, you will experience the Google Maps pops up on the screen. Thanks to such hi-tech technology.

The 3D technology is in more demand these days, but what would be the response if it is used in a phone for 24×7 uses. You might not like continuous use of 3D screen. It could make many people feel sick and can soon become annoyance in spite of becoming an interesting quirk.

At the rear body of the phone is installed a dual-lens camera that takes both pictures and videos in 3D quality which no doubt was a hit in the original 3D smartphone launched by LG in Optimus family.

The LG Optimus 3D Max gets Google’s Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system. Well, the Gingerbread is kind of outdated version now, but is still a demand of many in the market. However, it would have been better to challenge other high end smartphones in the market by integrating the latest version of Google Android which is the Ice Cream Sandwich. Though the Gingerbread is still the most well-known Android OS available in the market, but there are many who would demand the latest version to flaunt around and experience the more powerful high-speed internet access.

Multiple home screens are offered by the 2.3 Gingerbread as standard and the phone comes loaded with live widgets and shortcuts for the convenience of users. The phone will give full access to the Android Market and will enable users to enjoy thousands and more apps.
